Position: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to Director. (Full Time Work from Home)

Compensation : Rs. 80,000 per month

Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5 pm (California Time), Monday-Friday

8 Paid US Holidays a year

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily calendars and plan appointments

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations

Design and maintain databases

• File and retrieve documents and reference materials
• Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
• Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
• Work with internal staff at all levels
• Interact with external clients
• Co-ordinate project-based work

Skills:

• Very good ENGLISH Speaking and Writing Skills
• Organizational, Research, and Planning skills
• Sounds knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Team Player
• Adaptability and Initiative
