Objective
The person would be a part of the Kolkata Sales function, which assists the Kolkata Sales Team by taking care of the back-office activities of the sales team Job Description

The person would be a part of the Kolkata Sales function, which assists the Kolkata Sales Team by taking care of the back-office activities of the sales team.

  • Interact with existing clients to service regular update requirements
  • Handle Renewal processes for clients
    • Annual Services (updates/Hosting)
    • Domains
    • SSL
  • Follow up with clients for payments
  • Reply to Queries coming in from Allindia website/phone and prepare initial drafts of proposals
  • Coordinate the movement of project related documents / material between Project Managers & Clients
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
  • Conducting Morning Meetings with internal teams (cross-functional) to track project status and circulate status report on daily basis
  • Liaison with Accounts team for bills and receipts of clients
  • Ensure Monthly / Quarterly reports are prepared & shared with team
    • Site Updates Summary
    • Site Traffic Reports
    • AWS Usage Reports
    • Site Performance Reports
    • Collection Update Reports
    • Review Reports
    • Internal sales MIS Reports
    • Revenue Projection Reports
    • Revenue Outlook Reports

Qualifications
Graduates would be preferred. MBAs need not apply Experience
1 to 2 years experience Skills / Attributes

  • Past experience in similar role
  • Diligent with an eye for detail
  • Perseverant
  • Ability to grasp quickly
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills in English.
  • Spoken knowledge of local languages would be appreciated, though not essential.
  • Female candidates are more suitable for this job.
