Skills Required:

Ø 7 years+, relevant experience in recruitment is required, experience into hiring of RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Digital Transformation, Analytics, AI, Machine Learning/ Data Scientist industry is a must

Ø Should have an experience of working in a fast-paced environment with a multi-tasking approach

Ø Must have excellent oral and written communication.

Ø Strong customer service orientation and ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers.

Ø Experience of working in large MNC’s/Consulting firms will be preferred.


Key soft skills and other requirements

Ø The candidate is expected to have excellent analytical skills and report writing skills to ensure that deliverables for all assignments are well accepted by the clients.

Ø The candidate is also expected to have excellent presentation making skills to ensure that report summaries are made into succinct theme-based presentations to senior management.

Ø The candidate may be required to travel for short to long term assignments depending on client requirement.

Ø Must have managed mid-senior stakeholders internally

Requirements

A. Key Responsibilities

Ø Build strong pipeline of candidates leveraging proactive sourcing techniques, ATS database, social networking, employee referrals, targeted job postings, etc.

Ø Understand the organizational and business model to develop a talent strategy that aligns to both near and long-term strategic goals.

Ø Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to set expectations and the evaluation plan for the recruiting process – create target candidate profile, develop sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol.

Ø Ensure alignment on position impact and expectations while providing market insights and any timeline adjustments.

Ø Execute the recruiting process end-to-end while effectively utilizing the process, systems and tools.

Ø Oversee quality of job descriptions, ensuring they accurately capture requirements, are well-written and attractive to target audience.

Ø Facilitate candidate assessment, including scheduling of phone screens and interviews and providing timely feedback to all involved parties.

Ø Prepare, extend and negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with appropriate compensation guidelines.

Ø Participate in broader Talent Acquisition projects that benefit the entire team or organization.

Ø Assist the Talent Acquisition leader in identifying process gaps, providing solutions to improve the overall efficiency of the process.
