JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sourcing high quality candidates to hire the best in class closest to the job description Ability to spot and have an eye for detail to shortlist profiles that turn out to be top performers for the company.
• Being highly sensitive about quality hires and its impact on the overall business.
• Using various sourcing methods including portals, references, database search to find strong candidates, screen and hire the best available internal resources.
• The role would involve end to end recruitment right from sourcing the right candidate to closing the position.
• Maintaining employee records.
• Undertaking regular performance & salary reviews.
• Leave Management & Attendance.
• Performing Exit Formalities.

SKILLS

• Should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Recruitment & other HR activities in IT industry.
• Good command over English Language
• Strong Interpersonal Skills & Negotiation Skills
• Should be from English medium background.
• Graduate /Post Graduate in any discipline.
