Job Description
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
- Develop and coordinate the company sales, sales selling cycle and methodology.
- Promote a personal and organizational brand that sets our services apart from our competitors.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

- Min 7 years of experience in sales and marketing (B2B Segment).
- Must be a start-up enthusiast.
- Self-motivated with a positive mindset. Ability to work independently.
- Passion for meeting new people and building relationships.
- Skills in strategic, focused and low-cost marketing
- Skills in creative and innovative designing
- Interested in field visits and real time problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, multi-task and work in tight deadlines
