· Brief USP of the product to the client

· Competitor Analysis

· Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

· Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs

· Excellent Negotiation Skills

· site visit of the client

· Provide detail about the properties

· Regular chase up to old and new leads.

· Aiming to achieve monthly and yearly target

Salary : Rs.10,000/- – Rs.20,000/- per month (Negotiable) + PF +ES
