We are hiring a Web Consultant/ Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and cold calling for a B2B Website Process in International Market . You will be responsible for new business development (Acquiring new business )and maintain relationship with new and existing clients.

You would be dealing in Web/Mobile App and Digital Marketing Domain.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Basic Knowledge in Web/ Digital Marketing.
• Prior experience in Web process in International BPO
• Knowing our Products/Services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Generating leads
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Cold Calling, Emails
• Making Proposals, Negotiate and close the deal.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, deliverable.
• Communicating and coordinating with Operations Department as necessary.
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
