Customer Complaints Handling :
Analyzing customer complaints ( LPM ) .

Close coordination with Technical Services / Sales / IRC for closure of the complaints.

Actions to bring Complaints per million Opportunities & Returns & Allowances within the set targets in AOP

Close coordination with suppliers , as applicable.

Identification of the key Quality improvement projects & working on the same .

Taking up the quality issues in Management for Daily Improvement to have continued focus on same

Raw material Inspection/ Lab testing :

Ensuring the incoming RM inspection against standards

Taking up the exceptions with concerned suppliers

Analyzing Trends of the incoming supplies wrt specifications & escalating abnormalities.

Laboratory Operations:
Ensuring availability of all the lab consumables

Finalizing AMCs & ensuring that the same are conducted as per the set frequency

Ensuring calibration of laboratory instruments / equipments as per plan

Planning of the manpower for smooth lab operations & provide resources.

Targeting for ZERO overtime / Have optimum Overtime

MIS
Release of the Weekly / Monthly Complaints per million Opportunities nos

Trending & analysis of key defect trends and giving timely inputs to hierarchy

Monitoring progress of Complaints per million Opportunities & Returns & Allowances against set targets

Proactive Business Support :
Lead Proactive Data Analysis & Action planning

Proactive Process indicators analysis & drive improvements

Proactive customer visits & understanding customers Voice

Identify Mistake proof opportunities & implement those

Proactive validation of the new products being manufactured @ Plant Location

Identifying & making SOPs to reduce variation

Application of Six Sigma / Lean / 5S tools for betterment of the business

Focus on Proactive projects , than , reactive approach / actions

Application of the statistical tools for business improvement
