A Reputed International BPO needs Customer Service Representatives for an International Voice process. They currently have available vacancy for 10 agents. It’s a Healthcare process involving Billing, Invoicing, Insurance, etc. Process Training shall be provided.

Working days: – Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun fixed offs)

Desired Candidates Profile: –

• Minimum Education 10th Pass (English Medium School)

• Fluency in English (Preferred American English)

• Basic computer skills are required.

• Experience in International Voice Process. (Preferred outbound)

• Freshers are welcomed.

• Ability to work night shift.
