Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Collection Officer located in Dinhata. The Collection Officer will be responsible for debt collection, utilizing their analytical skills to assess customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with customers. They will also be involved in financial aspects related to debt collection.
