Job Summary:

The Import/Export Assistant will provide support to the Import/Export Administrator and assist with the preparation of import and export documents in compliance with customs and government regulations. And also she know about internet surfing and expert in Excel and word.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
  • Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
  • Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
  • Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in a customs warehouse or similar setting required.
  • Prior experience preparing customs and shipping documents preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
