Bargad software Solution is hiring for Business Analyst having 3-5years experience in IT Company.

Roles:

· Analyse and evaluate the current business processes of a company and identify areas of improvement

· Research and review up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern. Create flowchart

· Presenting ideas and findings in meetings

· Training and coaching staff members

· Creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs

· Develop projects and monitor project performance

· Collaborating with users and stakeholders

· Working closely with senior management, partners, clients and technicians

Responsibilities:

· At least 3-5 years of Business Analysis and Requirements

· Strong experience in Requirements Gathering, Designing, developing solutions

· Lead and conduct Requirements & Design flowcharts for sessions with the customer

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Ability to lead and coordinate with stakeholders

· Ability to work independently and in fast paced Development environment.
Work with Peers in planning and coordination of work activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
