Urgently Hiring Digital Marketing Executive-Kolkata

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with proven success in handling various digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create high-quality, engaging, and optimized content for various digital channels.
  • Plan and execute effective paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including the creation of email templates, segmentation, A/B testing, and overall campaign performance analysis.
  • Monitor and manage social media channels, engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and suggest new strategies to enhance the overall growth and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the sales and design teams, to align campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experiences Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Skills Required

  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Strong understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and suggest innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
