Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Troubleshoot issues with data sources, reports, and dashboards
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Test and validate all dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy
• Develop custom visuals and extensions for Power BI as needed
• Optimize performance of Power BI reports and dashboards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices
• Mentor junior team members as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power BI stack
• Expertise in data visualization concepts and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other ETL tools
• Experience with DAX and M formulas
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
