Eligibility – MSC with B.Ed.

Salary – 15-18k PM

Responsibilities

Establish and implement a consistent classroom management plan

Listen to student ideas and be prepared to address them

Design or select varied instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles

Guide students to view the place of physics in the wider scientific world

Establish a learning community consisting of the teacher and the students

Make sure that students can establish connections between classroom activities and everyday experiences

Requirements

Patience, innovation, and knowledge of classroom management and student discipline.

Communication is a two-way street, and to assess students effectively, teachers need to be able to understand how and why students might be having difficulty or why they need to be challenged further.

Relevant teaching certification may be required.

Familiarity with different types of teaching styles.

Assessing progress is about more than just grading assignments and tests. Teachers need to be able to analyze their own lessons and whether or not they are reaching students effectively.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
