Job Description:

• Handling the end to end recruitment process from gathering the requirement details, sourcing, screening, short listing of resumes, initial interview screening, follow-ups/Co-ordination, Offer/Salary explanation, rolling out offers to on boarding.
• Doing Mass/Bulk Volume Hiring & closing all agent/entry level positions.
• Timely scheduling of interviews for different set of skills and maintaining daily reports/tracker.

Shift Timing: General day shift

Eligibility criteria:

• Graduate with 6 months to 2 Years end to end Recruitment / Hiring experience
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing from job portals & other cost effective sources.

Salary: Fixed salary(P.F & ESIC benefits),Incentives

Interview Venue: P-1 Taratala road,Webel HRDC building,ground floor,room no-12,Bracebridge,Kol-88. (10 mints from Taratala more/Behala Parnasree)
