Responsibilities
· Doing administrative and clerical tasks (such as scanning or printing)
· Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, and emails
· Arranging meetings, appointments
· Answering phone calls and taking messages
· Maintaining folders on servers
· Recording meeting minutes
· Liaising with teams and units
· Covering reception
- Schedule travel arrangements for Director, Senior executives as well as clients, when applicable
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Requirements
· Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
· Knowledge of “back-office” computer work.
· Working knowledge of office equipment
· Thorough understanding of office management procedures
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point
· Male / Female both can apply
· For Male Applicant only driving skill of 2-wheeler compulsory
· Applicants having their own bike preferred for Male
· Age Limit 25-30 years
· Salary: 13,000.00 – 16,000.00 per month
· Staying at a distance having Travelling time of 45mts to 1 hour from Sector 5
· Graduate having minimum 3 years’ experience with good verbal /written communication skills and computer knowledge.
