JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Executive person will focus on patient assistance or client assistance. Work with client to create solutions for their needs. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to learn new technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet visitors and patients in a timely and friendly manner
Maintain privacy of patients: assure patient confidentiality at all times
Create new patient charts
Assist patients with completion of pre-registration forms
Assist patients with completion of medical record
Schedule patients for procedures, medical examinations, and consultations
Answer telephone and relay messages
Maintain doctor schedules/templates
Assist or Train new front office employees
Other duties may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
In-depth understanding of company products, competitor products and industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
Male/ female candidates
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
