- Responsible for Factory License – Renewal/Amendment.
- Responsible for timely remittance of returns under Factory Act.
- Responsible to comply with the statutory compliances under EPF act.
- Responsible for handling bank accounts, credit cards and PAN number allocation.
- Responsible to complete the joining formalities of employees.
- Responsible for the enrollment of new employee under ESIC.
- Responsible for the enrollment of new employee under EPF.
- Handle Mediclaim of employees and Liaison with TPA for medical support.
- Handle all MIS related to HR.
- Ensuring legal compliances of contractors Maintenance of Registers, License, remittance of ESI / PF and other statutory requirements.
- Manage Contract Labour Strategy: Identification of Contractors, Compliance of the provisions of the law. Ensure processing of Contract bill processing in a timely manner.
- Handle Agreements with contractors, Renewal etc.
- Handle the OHC operation for Factory/Site in line with company EHS department.
- Ensure all statutory compliances fulfilled pertaining to OHC operation.
- Support ER Manager in Employee Engagement, CSR activities and External relations.
