To conduct mystery shopper, visit and surprise visits at store to know effectiveness of training programs conducted

Should be aware of latest retail functions and training requirements
Excellent Presentation, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Prioritize & meet deadlines
Should be able to communicate with other departmental heads
Must be proactive in his approach & attitude
Strong notice to details attitudeo Strong in Generating MIS Reports, should be good in MS Excel and Presentation
