Design Project ManagerExperience Required:

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a creative graphics design field
• Familiarity with all the major design softwares like Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, after effects, premier pro, canva, adobe xd, figma , klaviyo , stripo etc.
• Personal or professional background in graphics design field.
• Familiarity with graphic and web design, branding, packaging design, and UI/UX
• Experience planning and managing complex projects, resulting in successful project execution
• Experience and skill in client account management, including giving presentations, translating project requirements and feedback, and establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
• Experience managing graphics design team members, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate a team to do their best work
• Ability to accomplish big picture objectives through a strong focus on detail
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure, strong leadership skills, and aptitude in on-the- fly decision making and problem solving
• Outstanding organizational habits and abilities
• Mastery of project management, time tracker software and other digital tools .
• Visualize media elements (graphics, interface, marketing material) and guide the team on various aspects of design
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery. Serve as liaison between project management and planning, and the project team.
• Assess design issues and develop resolutions to generate quality design output,
• Track and benchmark efficiency, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Provide expertise to cross-functional project or coordinating teams.
• Mentor junior graphic designers on the team.
• Strong commitment to ensuring quality and efficiency

Minimum Qualifications *

• Design degree (BFA/MFA) preferred or years of experience in Kolkata best design based company with a focus on graphics, web & print designs.
• Diploma/certification in Web Designing or Multimedia and animation.
• A strong understanding of Visual Design and UX/interaction principles for content publishing across various digital platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and latest layout techniques. Should also have experience conception to production, including experience on working on major e-marketing platforms.
• Must be a strong leader, proactive, collaborative, and driven and seek perfection in execution of tasks.

• Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills * Strong attention to detail is required so that the design is error free.
• Ability to build and work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge and hand-on experience of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premier pro and InDesign are must), other video and sound editing tools * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and MS Office tools (e.g. Ms WORD EXCEL POWER POINT GOOGLE SHEETS etc )
