Are you a skilled communicator fluent in both English and Hindi? Join our team as a telecaller and customer engagement intern at Bonn Tonn Gourmet. We are looking for a proactive individual to connect with our valued clients, gather feedback, and keep them updated on our latest offers, new categories, and special occasions. As a telecaller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and enhancing their overall experience with our brand.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to clients to gather feedback on their experience with our products.

2. Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have.

3. Inform clients about new offers, promotions, and product categories.

4. Remind clients of upcoming occasions or events relevant to our products and services.

5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement client engagement strategies.

7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets to ensure effective client communication.

Requirements:

1. Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to empathize with clients and address their needs effectively.

4. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Familiarity with basic computer skills.

Benefits:
