Key Job Responsibilities
- Time Office management with the help of Mantra face reader m/c.
- Manpower availably and its validation & Reports.
- Day to Day grievance of Workers in all shifts.
- Shift activities – Canteen, Hygiene, OHC.
- Contractors Management, Ensuring their compliance & Audits.
- NAPS recruitment & Compliance through TPA.
- PF, ESIC, and HR legal compliances.
- Employee Engagement activities and administrative activates.
Desired Competencies
- Open to work in shifts, Strong understanding of Time Office Operations, Payroll, Vendor Management, Administration, Employee Engagement, Factory Compliances, Exposure to work in a Unionised plant.

MBA HR
