Job Description

Experience of managing employee life cycle activities like remuneration/payroll administration , Mobility, Workforce administration, case management, helpdesk, etc.

System data entry experience (Workday, Salesforce (good to have); SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.)

Experience of maintaining data in excel, Pivot, V Look up.

Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Handle complex problems raised by client and provide solution.

Handle the client communication and client Reporting.

Excellent job organization and time management skills.

Attention to details and very good analytical skills.

Primary Skills

Interaction with Client daily via phone, chat and email, work on resolving HR related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members.

Good communication skills.

Secondary Skills

Process movements (transfers, relocations, international mobility, organization structure changes) and leave & absence requests.

Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
