Job Description:

CarDekho is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Support Representative to join our team and work from home in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Entry Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role is part-time with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
2. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Educate clients on our products and services.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
5. Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:
1. 1 year of customer service experience.
2. Driven and confident personality.
3. Strong adaptability and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. Reliable internet connection and computer equipment.
