CENITPRO is looking for HR-Professional, as a part of this team you’ll be responsible to recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities: –
Primary responsibilities are talent acquisition for the entire group i.e., recruitment for IT & E-commerce.
Research into competitors and marketplace
Define job description and document specifications
Posts Job Description in various portals and social platforms
Screens applications of qualified candidates
Prepare and update the Recruitment Tracker of all candidates regularly
Coordinate with Line Managers and Qualified Candidates for Scheduling Interviews
Assists and participates in the interview process with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
Prepares and manages the Weekly- Recruitment reports in accordance with the timeline
Collaborates with the hiring staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, Date of Joining and other pertinent details
Networking with internal Referral programme, Recruitment Vendors and social media
Secondary responsibilities will include liaising with existing employees, executing human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance management
Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts
Administer new employee On-boarding (including document collection) and induction activities
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to Head Human Resource
Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verification
Email follow-up related to Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management
Support in the Confirmation and Exit Process of employees.
