Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
• Interact with guests, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks with a warm and engaging manner.
• Assess individual customer preferences and offer tailored drink recommendations.
• Skillfully mix and present cocktails, adhering to both classic recipes and innovative creations.
• Plan and curate an enticing bar menu that reflects our commitment to quality and uniqueness.
• Monitor and replenish bar inventory and supplies to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Maintain a guest-centric focus, going above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for every visitor.
• Adhere to all relevant food and beverage regulations to guarantee a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Qualifications:

• Self-confidence, motivation, and a tenacious spirit are a must.
• Attention to detail, ensuring each drink is a masterpiece of flavour and presentation.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, enhancing our offerings and guest experience.
• Demonstrated ability to appreciate and acknowledge the contributions of others.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry.
