Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Franchise Development Manager to join our team. As a pivotal member of our franchise growth division, you will be instrumental in expanding our restaurant franchise footprint. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of converting leads into successful franchise partnerships.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify and qualify prospective franchisees through strategic lead generation and networking efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the franchise process from initial inquiry to franchise opening.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling franchise offerings, including financial models, ROI analysis, and market potential assessments.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the restaurant industry.
  • Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements in collaboration with legal and executive teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing franchisees to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
  • Develop and execute effective franchise sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote franchise opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

Knowledge, Skills required for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in franchise development within the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a successful track record of franchise sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations, including legal, financial, and operational aspects.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospective franchisees and attend industry events.
