Job Description:
Job Role:
· Inbound calls and chat.
· Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
· Maintaining good reputation with the customers.
· Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media.
· Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Salary:
· 11.5k – 18k (in hand) *After deduction of PF & ESI*
Shift: Rotational (any 9 hours) / 6 working days
Eligibility:
· 12th/Any graduates can apply.
· Fresher/Experience (min 1 Years) can apply. (Should have proper paper works).
· Excellent Communication both in English & Hindi is must.
· Laptop/Broadband Connection/Windows 10/RAM 4GB/Antivirus should be there. (WFH)
· Immediate Joiner only.
