We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Listing Executive who can join are growing team at Click orchid.com and manage & perform the day- to-day activities of our Ecommerce Business.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Must have Experience in Amazon/Flipcart seller accounts
• Will Be Responsible for Handling Product Listings, Day-

To-Day Operational Issues Related to The Marketplace

• Managing Product Cataloguing, Pricing, Description, and A+ Content.
• Coordinate with marketplaces for solving queries and issues.
• Update and maintain the accounting database with data entry and reports.
• Coordinate with the E-commerce manager and manage the day-to-day reports about account sales, orders, and stock information
• Handle monthly and quarterly reports and Company

Stock details daily basis

• New Product Research and competitor’s analytics
• Self-Motivated, Fast Learner with good problem-solving skills.
• Manage Inventory, supplies, stocks, and place orders.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
• Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of the website
• Observe the sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities over digital platforms.

• Manage and enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with relevant internal functions to fulfill customers’ orders.
• Educational Qualification:
• Any Graduate with good command of English
• Basic Knowledge of Web Development.

• Excellent at all aspects of the English language, especially English speaking & listening skills are a must.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
