Location: Kolkata

Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to develop and refine design concepts that align with user needs and business goals. You will be involved in the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing, and will be expected to continually iterate on designs to improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that align with user needs and business goals
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and use this information to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement
• Continually iterate on designs based on user feedback and insights from data analysis
• Ensure that designs are consistent with established brand guidelines and design patterns
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and bring innovative ideas to the team

Skill sets/Experience Required:

• Min 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design or in similar roles.
• Experience with front-end web development (HTML, CSS, Photoshop) is mandatory. React/Angular is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UI/UX design skills and design thinking process
• Understanding of user-centric design principles and methodologies
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Graduation is a must.
