Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for internal hiring
Sourcing of candidates
Lining them for interview with the respective business heads
On boarding of the employees
administrative functions of HR
Employee engagement activities
80% recruitment and 20% generalist profile

Desired Candidate Profile

· Experience with basic HR duties such as mentioned above is a MUST

· Experience with and knowledge of various recruitment resources for technical jobs.

· Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali

· Friendly, eager to help resolve issues
