Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Lead Generation Executive to join our team. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by generating high-quality leads and building strong relationships with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in lead generation, online lead generation, and email marketing to make a significant impact in the IT services and consulting industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize various lead generation strategies, including visits, tele-calling, and online methods, to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct research and identify new market opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.

Online Lead Generation:

  • Use tele-calling techniques to generate leads through online channels.
  • Leverage your excellent communication skills to engage prospects and communicate the value of our services.
  • Conduct fresh calls to generate new leads and follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects.
  • Craft compelling email content that highlights the benefits of our services and encourages engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns to optimize results.

Pre Sales & Post Sales Activities:

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of pre-sales and post-sales activities, providing valuable support to the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation and sales activities.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to effectively position our services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT services and consulting industry.
  • A graduate with an English medium background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting fresh and follow-up calls to engage prospects.
  • Strong internet browsing and web research skills.
  • Knowledge of pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.
