Job Description:
As a Customer Support Executive for our US Process, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service and assistance. You will interact directly with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the appropriate methods/tools
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and timely in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolution of complex issues
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English
  • Ready to work in Night Shift.
