Job Title: Cashier cum Receptionist
1.Job Summary: As a Cashier cum Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for
guests visiting the trampoline park, responsible for providing exceptional customer
service, processing transactions accurately, and assisting with inquiries and reservations.
2. Roles and Responsibilities:
– Customer Service: Greet guests warmly as they enter the trampoline park, providing
information about park activities, pricing, and safety guidelines, and addressing any questions
or concerns they may have.
– Cash Handling: Process transactions for admission tickets, merchandise sales, and
concessions purchases, using point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately record sales, accept
payments, and issue receipts.
– Reservation Management: Assist guests with booking reservations for parties, events, or
group outings, coordinating scheduling, payments, and special requests to ensure a smooth and
enjoyable experience for all participants.
– Check-In/Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests entering and
leaving the trampoline park, verifying waivers, collecting admission fees, and providing
wristbands or other identifiers as needed.
– Telephone and Email Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries
from guests, providing information, assisting with bookings, and addressing any issues or
concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
– Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and
record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, reservations, and
– Safety Awareness: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, including
monitoring guest behavior, enforcing park rules, and reporting any safety hazards or incidents to
management as necessary.
– Merchandise Sales: Assist guests with selecting and purchasing merchandise from the park’s
retail store, promoting special offers, upselling products, and maintaining inventory levels as
directed by management.
– Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members and departments to support
operational goals and initiatives, including assisting with crowd control, facility cleaning, and
event setup as needed.
– Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and
completeness of transactions, and preparing deposits for bank pickup or delivery as required.
– Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
guests, colleagues, and management.
– Cash handling experience and proficiency in operating POS systems and basic computer
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail
and accuracy in transaction processing.
– Positive attitude, enthusiasm for working with the public, and a commitment to providing
excellent service to every guest.
