Our Client operates as a business services provider firm. The Company provides business outsourcing and back office support solutions in banking, finance, telecom, healthcare, travel, hospitality, retail, consumer good, oil, gas, and technology sectors worldwide.
Job Title: Customer Support(Voice)
Work Location: Kolkata
Interview Place: Telephonic (Candidate should be based in Kolkata)
WORK FROM HOME
Candidate should have proper workstation place as system will be provided by company.
Candidate should have there 60-80mbps broadband connectivity
Job Role:
- Communicate Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
- Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
Shift: 24*7
Week Off: 6 Working days, 1 week off (Rotational)
Requirements
- Good Communication skills
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good technical knowledge
- Qualification: Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
- Candidate should have there 60-80mbps broadband connectivity
