We are having an urgent opening for the position of “HR Executive” for our firm.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as an HR Recruiter and all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, on-boarding, training, talent management etc.)
- Minimum 6 months of working experience in IT / Web Development Company Hiring is must.
- Candidates with good understanding of the IT industry, will be preferred
- Candidates with Masters degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in MS excel.
Requirements:
- Exceptional time-management, organizational skills and Sound judgment abilities
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in sourcing from job portals / social media/ training institutions/ databases & other cost-effective sources
- Should be an enthusiastic team player and have ability to take initiatives & have good negotiation skills
- Can work autonomously
- Able to prioritize well and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Monitor and apply HR best practices.
