Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of documents as per Standards – NABL, ISO, BRC , FSSAI
• Keeping & tracking of documents as per standards
• Keeping records of food samples as per standards
• Shelf life study and documentation
• Product Traceability Trackers
• Attending trainings on revised editions of the standards.
• Implementation of the revised editions of the standards into daily operations
• Developing a Food safety Culture

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: BSC / Graduate

Exp Minimum: 3 yrs.

• Person should have the knowledge of Food Standards – ISO 22000:2018 , BRC , HACCP, FSSAI, NABL
• Experience about Quality Assurance & Food safety
• Good in Documentation
• Hardworking and self driven
• Good with excel
• Preferable from Howrah

Communication skills: English, Hindi, Bengali

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
