· Production Planning & organize production schedule as per plan

· Planning and optimum utilization of 4M (Manpower, Machine, Material, Method)

· Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

· Coordinating and monitoring flow of production orders for the floor; able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow

· Documenting and implementing standard operating procedures and improvements for production operation

· Managing daily production line performance and maintain production Labour costing

· Using HACCP and GMP principles with the coordination of Quality Department

· Maintain the daily safety, quality of products, and report any defects to production management for improvement

· Minimizing the wastage and ensuring cost effeciency

· Training the labours and maximum utilization of Manpower

· Evaluate audit findings, present the audit outcome and recommendations to the auditee and leadership team.

· Educating production team members about preferred occupational health, hygiene, and safety practices
Delivering production output targets and ensuring timely delivery

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
