Job Responsibilities

  • To involve in all decisions relating to product quality and inform to Lab Manager of any issue.
  • Job holder is responsible for consistent performance of all the testing equipment and support utilities provided in the Chemical Laboratory & Microbiology Laboratory.
  • To test and release of Raw Materials and analyse the Supplier’s COA.
  • To ensure all the testing is being carried as per the approved methods including sensory evaluation.
  • Compliance to Policies & Guidelines of QMS, Quality metrics, EHS.
  • Job holder is responsible for Raw materials and Finished Goods testing and release as per agreed timelines.
  • To review Line clearance & Non-routine activities.
  • To ensuring status stickers on RM and FG.
  • Job holder is responsible for analysis of complaint samples.
  • To organize & send the samples for external analysis (finished product & raw materials).
  • To prepare & update sectional SOPs as well as adhering the same within the department.
  • Job holder is responsible for preparing, executing & implementing the cleaning and analytical equipments validations in the process (as per the protocols).
  • To involve in all decisions relating to product quality and inform to QA Manager for any issue.
  • To ensure that each batch of product has been packed and tested/ checked in accordance with defined standards.
  • To involve in deviations (if any), out of specification (OOS) results, customer complaints which may have an impact on product quality.
  • To ensure that the persons directly involved in the packaging, testing and distribution of product are appropriately trained to meet current GMP & Product requirements.
  • To monitors GMP compliance, cleanliness & sanitation of the process area.
  • To involve in Calibration Programme of all the equipments used in manufacturing process for compliance to standard/ specifications.
  • To review all the procedures, packing records at regular intervals and ensures compliance to standard/ specifications.
  • To involve in effectiveness of environment monitoring programme.
  • Job holder is responsible for ALC of online section.
  • To ensure that all packing materials are received from approved suppliers and as per the standards only.
  • To be continuously updated to food standards and specifications as set by FSSAI and other regulatory bodies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹13,000.00 per month
