· To involve in all decisions related to product quality

· Responsible for consistent performance of all the testing equipment and support utilities provided in the laboratory

· To ensure all the testing is being carried as per the approved methods

· Ensuring compliance to Policies & Guidelines of QMS, Quality metrics, and EHS

· To review line clearance & non-routine activities

· To prepare & update sectional SOPs and adhering the same within the department

· Responsible for implementing the cleaning and analytical equipments’ validations in the process (as per the protocols)

· To ensure that each batch of product has been packed and tested/checked in accordance to defined standards

· To involve in deviations (if any), out of specification (OOS) results, consumer complaints which may have an impact on product quality

· To ensure that the persons directly involved in the packaging, testing and distribution of product are appropriately trained to meet current GMP & product requirements

· To monitor GMP compliance, cleanliness & sanitation of the process and lab area

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
