Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Engineering position at CP Real Estate in Siliguri. While the role is primarily located in Siliguri, some remote work is acceptable. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, communicating with stakeholders, ensuring quality control, and providing expertise in structural and civil engineering.

Qualifications

• On-site management, Quality Control, and Structural Engineering skills
• Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
• Expertise in Civil Engineering
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus
