The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a production facility. This includes overseeing the production of products, ensuring quality control, and managing the production staff. The Production Supervisor must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of products in accordance with company standards
• Ensure quality control of products
• Manage the production staff, including hiring, training, and disciplining
• Develop and implement production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Troubleshoot production problems and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Comply with all applicable safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastics or Diploma from CIPET
• 2+ years of experience in a production environment of Blown film Extrusion
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
