Job Description:
Cred is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being motivated and confident. Additionally, strong soft skills in cooperation and project management are required for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat to address inquiries and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online chat support or a related customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using online chat software and CRM systems
- Motivated and confident personality traits
- Strong soft skills in cooperation and project management
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
