Cult.fit is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative for remote work in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat
2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
3. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
5. Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer experience
6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions
7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
8. Recommend process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency

Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in customer service
2. Hardworking and motivated with a positive attitude
3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Emotional intelligence to empathize with customer needs
6. Ability to work independently and adapt to change with speed and efficiency
