Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interacting with clients / customer
• Managing in-bound and out-bound sales and calls
• Pre-sale & post-sale support

• Responsible for day-to-day Order Processing, Deliveries, and Returns of Customer Order

• Coordinate with other teams on execution of brands, marketing and e-commerce activities

• Manage the quality of service and customer satisfaction

• Prepare Insight Report on day-to-day activities

• Working closely with Marketing & Order Processing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment

• Customize Sales strategies

• Developing and generating new business through cold calling, referrals, leads follow up

• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
