Job Title: Associate Consultant – Business Development

Job Level: Junior / Mid Senior (Depending upon candidate exp)

Location: Kolkata

· Presenting CyberSWIFT’s solutions/ services to prospective customers & developing sales leads

· Knowledge & experience in Cold calling, Lead Generation, Closure Sales, Selling techniques, market research etc.

· Confidently presenting our solutions/ services in front of potential customers

· Taking initiative to lead generation specified domain. Generate and convert pipeline.

· Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements.

· Interacting with clients, explaining them about solutions/ services requirement.

· Build, develop and manage a constant qualified lead pipeline through a structured approach to a large number of potential customers via the e-mail, telephone channels, social media and face to face meetings.

· Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Support teams

· Maintaining good relationship with clients.

· Maintaining client database. Handling end-to-end process.

· Well versed with word, excel & PowerPoint for preparation of reports.

· Analyse market trends, customers’ needs and competitive offerings and convincing client

· Build, manage and penetrate accounts to promote new business development activities.

· Awareness & understanding of using social media platforms like LinkedIn for identifying potential clients/contacts.

· Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.

· Establish relationships with all the key influencers within the assigned/identified account.

· Ensure up-gradation of skills and competencies through self-managed learning processes.

· Responsible to participate around his/her Individual Development Plan in consultation with the manager.

· Achieve assigned targets as a minimum requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile

·2-5 Years of Business Development experience.

· Must have experience in sales calls to generate new leads.

· Must have experience in software solution and services market.

· Excellent verbal and written skills with impeccable presentation skills.

· Experience in dealing with client executives as peers and being perceived as such.

· Self-starter who is willing to take ownership.

· Good understanding of emerging technologies in the software development field.

· Demonstrated initiative and sales performance.

· Experience in generating leads, managing opportunities, and closing business.

· Experience in making and presenting proposals.

· Candidate must possess exceptional customer experience judgment and be incredibly analytical and creative.

· Prior experience in selling IT/Software Product / services is a Plus.

· Superior time management and very organized with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; a strong phone/video presence is required.

· The ideal candidate will possess both a technical background that enables them to easily interact with customers, software developers and business development managers and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

Qualification Required:

· Must having highest qualification as – BE/BTech (CSE, IT, ISE, ECE, E&TC) or BCA / MCA or BSc-IT / MSc-IT or MBA (Marketing).

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Business development: 1 year (preferred)
  • Software sales: 1 year (preferred)
