Require one experienced (6-12 years) Area Sales Officer for Trade Sales for Nadia, West Bengal

Job description :

•Daily market visits to assigned Dealer’s & Sub-Dealer’s Counters based on defined Pre-Journey Plan (PJP) to maintain cordial relationship and ensure achievement of sales targets and increase market share

•Appointment of new Dealers/Sub-Dealers as per plan

•Collaborate with Technical Services for construction site visits and leverage their expertise for effective application of cement, after sales services and generate lead for new orders

•Handling customer complaints and seek support from other functions where required

•Efficient payment collection from Dealers and controlling outstanding payments as per company’s norms

•Collaborate with Marketing to design marketing campaigns and market storming activities

•Gather market intelligence and maintain correct data of competitor prices, volumes, brands, incentive schemes etc.

•Provide accurate market data to senior team for planning, analysis and problem solving

•Strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of sales

•Provide creative ideas to improve sales processes, incentive schemes to Dealers/Sub-Dealers to achieve business objective
