About us: Dharitri Infraventure Pvt Ltd is one of the leading Real Estate company in Kolkata. We develop affordable residential project NEWTOWN-RAJARHAT areas of Kolkata.We are searching for an experience candidate in our CRM team who can guide us, lead us to reach our goals.

• Candidate must have proven track record with any residential real estate developers
• The candidate should have a track record of developing long-term client relationships
• Should handle the concerns of customers & requirement by creating support & co-ordination between Sales Rep & Customer
• The candidate will also be playing a key role in customer mapping and maintaining strong relationships with them.
• Responsible to establish, maintain and expanding our customer base.
• Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures.
• Excellent familiarity with RERA regulations and norms .
• Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends.
• Should be able to work closely with cross functional teams like Land, construction ; Loan ;Legal, sales & Marketing, Customer Experience etc.

This is a senior profile job; Candidate directly report to GM/Directors/Top Management.
Experience: Min 6 yrs in REAL ESATE INDUSTRY.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: From INR600,000.00 per monthBenefits:
