Job Description To monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new products, competitors’ activities etc., Ensure the data collection & Analysis of Crop Acreages, Market Potential, Company Market Share, Crop Calendar for product positioning & Segmentation.Manage the timely preparation & submission of the Yearly budgets, forecasts with bifurcation as per month wise, pack wise and Party wise sales.Monthly review meeting with subordinate team to gather updated market analysis and their monthly sales plan. Attend BMR at HO and finalise the monthly sales target.Conduct meeting with subordinate team to review strategy and their month’s tour plan including meeting with dealers for sales, collection, customer service and product promotions , various promotional meetings with farmers and for network expansion and customer services.Ensure target for the defined market is achieved regarding Sales turnover, dealer network expansion, customer services, promotional activities. Ensure norms & targets of sales process , collection, logistics, inventory and warehouse with respect to timelines, cost, quality and quantity are achieved.To lead the sales team, to give them marketing and sales skills training and field activity training and evaluate their performance on a regular basis, to guide them from time to time and to help them achieve their targets.
